The " Sguciosi " (shelled nuts)

First the selection of the best raw materials which are shelled and calibrated using the most modern technology, after which the shelled nuts are treated with due respect both for public health and the environment.

High-tech systems are used in packaging the shelled nuts in a dedicated environment where they are efficiently checked, with the random picking of samples examined by the quality control office.

In particular, we have named our shelled nuts " sgusciosi " – a combination of “sgusciati” and “sfiziosi” in Italian, meaning that the products are already shelled and delicious.

Our sgusciosi can be used on various occasions: a quick snack, with an aperitif, in a special recipe .... your fantasy can fly while you are sure to eat a top quality product.
