The Stores
Raw materials in arrival, after a scrupulous quality control, are stored in special refrigerated cells for which storage parameters vary according to the type of product.
The process involves special equipment to control temperature and humidity. Our stores are lined with shelves to exploit the whole height of the structure; nothing is in contact with the floor and the goods are protected from thermal shock. We store our goods bearing in mind the temperatures that best suit the conservation of the single products. |
