Peanuts and pistacchios are the mainstay of the toasted range.
Although they can be found all around the world, we privilege those grown in Israel for their distinctive taste and aroma.
Toasted to perfection directly in our factory, their fragrance remains intact over time, especially when in aluminium foil packs and preserved in cool dry surroundings, protected from sunlight and sources of heat.

We recommend measured consumption of toasted nuts because of their high calorie content which must be adapted to the individual diet.

Peanuts are rich in monoinsaturated fatty acids and proteins. They are also an important source of vitamins B and E, as well as mineral salts (especially magnesium and zinc). Pistacchios have a 56% oil content and are rich in mineral salts (potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium) and vitamin A . Oils are mostly monoinsaturated, belonging therefore to the class of fatty acids that help to control the level of cholesterol. For their high iron content they are indicated for persons suffering from anaemia.
